Southern Commercial Properties and our sister entities manage commercial buildings located around Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Selma, Sanford, Clayton and Garner in North Carolina.
We work with over 60 tenants on the renewal of leases before expiration and address all repair items. We are also responsible for all financial aspects of the properties including timely receipt of rent payments and ensuring all invoices are paid.
We work directly with our CPA firm on the integrity of the company’s financials, calculate annual taxes, insurance and maintenance fees so that they are included in the monthly rent payments. Our team works with numerous banks on acquiring financing when needed and coordinating the sale of buildings in the portfolio, as well as, purchase of new facilities.
